This Tuesday (19.03) in Zurich Switzerland, FIFA confirmed the draw for the 2014 FIFA World Cup for the 6 December, at Costa do Sauípe in Bahia, at 01:00 pm (Brasilia standard time). The information was confirmed during a press conference with Brazil's Minster of Sport Aldo Rebelo, FIFA President Joseph Blatter and their Secretary-General Jerome Valcke.

Brazil´s Sport Minister Aldo Rebelo, FIFA President Joseph S. Blatter and FIFA Secretary General Jérôme Valcke are due to meet on Tuesday, 19 March 2013, at the Home of FIFA in Zurich to discuss issues related to the organisation of the FIFA Confederations Cup Brazil 2013 and the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.

The meeting will be followed  by a brief media activity with Minister Aldo Rebelo and FIFA Secretary General Jérôme Valcke at approx 13:30 (local Zurich time). Registered media representatives can arrive as of 13:00 (local Zurich time).

Brazil President Dilma Rousseff and the Minister of Sport Aldo Rebelo met with FIFA President Joseph Blatter this Thursday (26.07) in London. They talked about the Brazilian preparation for the 2014 FIFA World Cup.

According to the Minister both parties face the common challenge, with shared responsibility, of carrying out the tournament.   “The FIFA President offered President Dilma his impressions in relation to how the construction works for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil are progressing and they were the best possible", said Rebelo.
