Since auditorium seating is limited, we would like to ask press professionals to arrive at the João Saldanha Open Media Centre one hour in advance of the briefing. In case all seats in the auditorium are filled, journalists will also be able to participate from the newsroom set up in the João Saldanha Open Media Centre. From there, they will be able to watch the briefing and ask questions.

After the briefing, the participants are scheduled to record sound bites for TV and radio stations in the auditorium’s annex building. We appreciate your understanding regarding the need to proceed to designated areas for the briefing and recording of sound bites.
