In his monthly column, FIFA Secretary-General talks about training centres and volunteers

On the 21st of August the FIFA will publish the details of the volunteers programme

FIFA Secretary-General Jerome Valcke has disclosed new important dates for the organisation of the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil. In column published on the entity's website, Valcke announced that he will come to Brazil on the 28th of August, so that he may visit the stadiums in Manaus and Cuiabá, and attend the meeting of the Local Organising Committee in Rio de Janeiro.

Before that, on next Wednesday (1st of August), the first edition of the list of team base camps should be published in Sao Paulo - with hotels and training grounds, among other facilities.  Valcke also reinforced the importance of the volunteer programme for the organisation of the event, details of which shall be published on the 21st of August.
